Fluid Power Hydraulics meets with OBAN members for celebration at Oklahoma State Capitol.

Fluid Power and OBAN Fluid Power attended the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network’s (OBAN) 20th Anniversary Celebration held at the Oklahoma State Capitol Feb. 22. OBAN is Oklahoma’s procurement center and is part of a nationwide network to help Oklahoma businesses attain federal, state and local contracts.

OBAN has assisted Oklahoma firms in procuring nearly $5 billion in government contracts. This has helped to stimulate economic growth and create or retain 7000 + jobs. Future contracts with the DOD (Department of Defense) and other government agencies will allow Fluid Power to create job opportunities for Oklahomans and further stimulate the Oklahoma economy. Remanufacturing worn hydraulic components proves to be an effective strategy in reducing cost; and Fluid Power is intent on offering these services to federal, state and local governments.
