We can machine new components to replace worn or obsolete parts using CNC equipment or gap bed lathes as needed. Chroming services can be provided for internal and external surfaces, lengths to 30’ and diameters to 30”. Our replacement parts meet or exceed manufacturers' specifications. OEM replacement seals and kits are in stock for most manufacturers to help keep down time to a minimum. All units are disassembled, inspected, and defective parts are replaced or reconditioned. Units are assembled and then tested by experienced technicians using one of our many custom test stands. From ½ gpm to 200 gpm, Fluid Power Hydraulics can test flow rates and set relief pressures as needed, insuring a more consistent quality product that will have the longevity and performance that you demand.
